As a parent of four and a lifelong educator, I’ve come to appreciate just how special it is to find a school that truly gets it right... As a military family, moving is second nature to us, but finding a school that aligns with our values, recognizes our children’s individual needs, and provides an exceptional education rooted in research-based practices is rare. Grace Community Academy (GCA) is truly a special place where children don’t just grow—they thrive. GCA stands out for its genuine commitment to educating the whole child. Every student is valued as an individual, bringing unique gifts and experiences that enrich the school community. The teachers and staff are deeply invested in their students, living out the school’s mission to equip children to serve God and others with their heads, hearts, and hands. From an educator’s perspective, I especially appreciate GCA’s thoughtful, research-based curriculum choices, including its emphasis on the Science of Reading and Singapore Math. Equally meaningful is the school’s commitment to building a community where families are welcomed, encouraged to serve, and given opportunities to make a difference both within and beyond the classroom. GCA is more than an excellent school; it is a community of educators and families who genuinely love, challenge, and invest in children.
